Calling all wine lovers and adventure seekers! This spring, we are featuring two wines from Wine Enthusiast magazine’s Top 100 Under $15 list. This makes it the perfect time to be a little adventurous with your choice of wine because you just might discover a new favorite. 

The Red: Casillero del Diablo

This is a medium-bodied red wine from Rapel Valley in Chile. This beautiful, bold red wine is rich with dark fruits like blackberries and plums and has gentle notes of oak, coffee, and chocolate. It finishes smooth with a touch of light smoke and leather–how delightful! This wine pairs well with beef, pasta, lamb, and poultry dishes, making it an ideal red to enjoy with most dinners.

The White: Cantine Colosi Grillo

With its bright color and savory flavors, Cantine Colosi’s 2020 Grillo will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. Intense notes of fruit and subtle hints of golden apples meld into a tropical flavoring that pairs well with light meals such as fish, lemon pasta, and cheese plates.
